Work delivered, month by month

Each square is one finished piece of work. Orion's technical fixes went live on 3 Nov 2026. The other four sites have no sprint fixes live yet.

Where things stand

Five websites that Google and AI assistants can read in full, with tracking that records every enquiry and a before-and-after record for each site.

Where it started: The review of all five sites, rechecked on 29 Sep 2026. Each site returned fewer than 15 readable words and no headings to AI crawlers, and three of the five had no tracking at all.
Where it is now: The sprint has started with the access already in hand. Orion's technical fixes went live on 3 Nov 2026, and AI answers were recorded for all five sites the same day. Website editing access is confirmed on Orion and visible on the other four sites, not yet tested. Most other access requested on 2 Nov 2026 is still outstanding.
Next 30 days: Get the remaining access in place, record the Search Console and Analytics starting figures, then work through the other four sites in the timeline's order. The sprint ends with a test enquiry on every site, Search Console site lists and the before-and-after report.

The cause is not known, and with one run per question it could be normal variation. The 3 Nov counts use all ten review questions, so some totals differ. The last column fills in at handover.
